Tom Tapia has been a Bend resident since 1978. Since 1993 he has owned, built and managed over 59,000 square feet of commercial property in Bend.

As a Commercial Real Estate broker, Tom dedicates his time and experience in assisting landlords and tenants in finding the right fit for them.  He truly enjoys helping the community by bringing business people together to achieve a common goal.  Being both a property owner and broker has given Tom the additional perspective to put together successful transactions. 

Tom is a Certified Residential Investment Specialist and is currently a Certified Commercial Investment Member Candidate.  He is working toward his CCIM designation.  Brokers that carry the CCIM designation are internationally recognized experts in the commercial and investment real estate industry.

On Tom’s off time he enjoys riding motorcycles, snowmobiling and spending time with his family. He served his country as a Surface Air Rescue Swimmer for the U.S. Navy on the USS Cook from 1988 – 1992 and was a practitioner and teacher of martial arts for over a decade.
